By accessing FMS Member Hub, you agree to the following terms:

Personal Use Only. All workout programs, tools, and content available through FMS Member Hub are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only.

No Sharing or Distribution. You may not share, forward, reproduce, or distribute any FMS member content — including workout PDFs, videos, or tools — to any third party without prior written permission from FMS.

No Resale. Member content may not be sold, sublicensed, or used for commercial purposes.

Account Responsibility. Your membership is individual and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

Violations. FMS reserves the right to revoke membership access without refund for violations of these terms.
